Shipping and Returns

Gifts That Grow has a usual turn around of under one week so please allow for a delivery time of two weeks anywhere in Australia, Europe, or the USA, from the date of your purchase. A flat fee of $15 applies to all orders as you will see on the checkout page when you place your order.

We guarantee our products to grow so we will provide free seed replacement for all products that fail to sprout providing the customer sends a self-addressed stamped return envelope along with a copy of the receipt or a piece of the product packaging.

Please note:

To All Countries Outside of Australia: A few countries have restrictions on the importation of seeds, or other plant materials. Please check the import regulations of your country, relating to the importation of Australian seeds.
We do not know all of the import regulations of every country that we ship to, due to the changing of these laws from time to time.

It is the responsibility of each purchaser to look up the import regulations of their country.

Having said that... 
I have been told that very small quantities of seeds, such as my tiny capsules enclosed in my plant kits, which makes the seeds airtight and insect proof, have a much better chance to pass through quarantine than large quantities of seeds. The authorities call this amount of seeds "gift or souvenir quantities". The choice is left up to the officer in charge that day.

Gifts That Grow cannot be held responsible for purchased gifts, sent out of Australia to other countries, which may be confiscated by the authorities. Please use your discretion when purchasing these gifts from us. Thank you for your understanding.
